About Jobzor

Great companies are constantly looking for great employees. Jobzor is built to help you find the great people you need to make your business thrive.

Our User Base

Currently, Jobzor is growing its user base using Facebook’s Application system because we believe the seventy million bright minds that use Facebook want great jobs. Facebook users are capable, willing, and exceptionally savvy--we think they are the perfect fit for the jobs you are looking to fill.

Why Facebook?

Seventy million (70,000,000) people are active on Facebook, logging on at least once a month, and a large volume of them are professionals, future professionals, or students transitioning into their professional careers. This gives us a lot of room to grow and gives you access to arguably the world’s most valuable pool of job candidates in terms of future potential.

Facebook’s fastest growing demographic is those 25 years old and older, meaning a larger proportion of our users are looking to establish solid careers with companies such as yours and not just find a temporary job.

It maintains 85 percent market share of 4-year U.S. universities, giving your company access to the nation’s largest network of bright young minds preparing to enter and entering the workforce.

What Jobzor Does

Our goal is to make it easy for our users to find relevant jobs for themselves and to effortlessly refer relevant jobs to their friends.

It takes only 5 minutes for our users to prepare their resume within our system, and upon completion, you have access to it within our employee search system.

Users can also use our system to search for jobs, just as you can search for employees. Each job listing allows the user to apply or make contact with your contact responsible for recruiting. In addition, each job listing also has a “recommend” feature, notifying any friends the user wishes about the job’s availability.

Simply put, Jobzor’s advantage is that our users act as referrers for your company, making it easy to find the most relevant and the most willing applicants.
